Visiting a flower farm is truly a unique and beautiful experience. Exploring the rows of colorful flowers is something that I get to do every day, but I want to extend that experience to other flower lovers, and those interested in learning more about my flowers, local flowers, or flowers in general.
Floral design workshops are a great way to learn a new skill that you can use again and again, any time flowers come into your life. Working with the unique and beautiful blooms from the farm can deepen your appreciation for flowers, design, color, and the natural world.

This is also our home, which is not open to the public. Please only come for tours or workshops. My fashion sense is great on my social media, but if anyone saw what I wear around the privacy of my own home, my reputation would be ruined.
This is your chance to come and see the flower field in all its glory! Learn about the flowers and the growing process, see and smell all the flowers in the field, snap some pictures, and experience the unique and beautiful little world of flower farming.
Introduction to Floral Design workshops
These classes are accessible for those who want to learn the basics of floral design, from how to prepare flowers for use, to the design techniques used to build a floral arrangement. Participants will get to pick out the flowers they want to use, and will learn the best ways to arrange the types of flowers that are easily accessed at grocery stores and markets.
These classes are geared toward those who have taken a beginner workshop, or who have experience working with flowers or with floral design. Participants will be taken on a foraging expedition for greenery, and will cut their own flowers from the field. They will learn how to create an artistic compote arrangement using a footed vase, and a flower frog, utilizing more advanced mechanics and design techniques.
Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or (218)-232-7795 to inquire about private workshops for you or your group, or to inquire about hosting a workshop at your venue.
